We undertake all forms of canvas and pvc repairs to boat covers including replacement windows, zips and lost or broken fittings. We also fabricate and fit marine grade stainless steel hoops/bars for custom Cockpit Enclosures.

Established shop selling Mercury, Suzuki and Tohatsu outboards, waterski equipment and a full workshop facility for servicing outboards and inboards. Once again we have increased the stock by adding Kayaks, fishing equipment,and many other nautical bits. In 1992 we purchased the Bosuns Locker in Ramsgate Marina. The Historical Sailmaker

A traditional sailmaker that uses flax, hemp, cotton and modern materials to create historically correct sails and covers. The Historical Sailmaker also demonstrates to public and museums regarding skills and tools used through the ages in all things to do with sails, rigging, ships and shipboard life.

The Marine Skills Centre

The Regional Resource Centre (RRC) is based at City College's Marine Skills Centre at Woolston, Southampton. The Centre is centrally located at the centre of the south's marine activity and it's presence has made a positive and significant contribution to the regions marine businesses. The RRC is a central point for a wealth of available expertise, providing industry-driven training for companies, current students and tutors across the southeast region.
