We are Naval Architects, Marine Consultants and Surveyors offering cost effective solutions to boat, yacht and small ship projects. Established in 1985, we have a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of marine design from small wooden boats to gas turbine powered superyachts.

Bob Forsyth teaches two five-day courses, held in the winter, on traditional boat construction and repairs.

Wessex Resins & Adhesives Ltd has been forumulating and manufacturing epoxy systems since 1981. Our products include West System brand epoxy products, Pro-set laminating epoxy and a range of our label, WRA products which include underwater curing epoxy systems.

Weir Quay Boatyard is a Traditional Boatyard set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Plymouth in Devon. Weir Quay offers 75 sheltered swinging moorings in the South West on the River Tamar, just 6 miles from Plymouth Sound. The Boatyard also offers various marine services such as Marine Engineering and Yard Services as well as storage ashore. For many customers it is a second home, an unspoilt corner of rural Devon, with a colourful local community and plenty to see and do.

Our moorings range from tidal to deepwater and one night visitor moorings or annual moorings!
