History
GALLICHAN was built as a Watson class lifeboat by Groves & Gutteridge of Cowes, Isle of Wight in 1955 and is a vessel of mahogany double diagonal construction. After service as a lifeboat at Southend and Beaumaris she was sold out of service in 1991 and converted to a family cruiser.The forecabin was converted to 4 berths
Mechanically and exterior fittings are largely as sold out of service. She was based in Barcelona from 2002 and returned to the UK in 2015.
