Debbage Yachting & Marina was established on Ipswich’s Quay at New Cut West in 1972 and taken over by current proprietor Chris Nixon and his family in 1995, with son Rob, officially joining the family business in 2003.

Established in 1964, Davis’s is a family run boatyard with dry storage for up to 250 vessels and new pontoon built in 2012 with 82 berths. Yard services include storage, craning, high pressure cleaning and mast lifts. Pontoon Berth holders have access to a designated toilet & shower block and individual electricity meters. Dry storage also has access to electricity and water across the premesis. On site we also have a marine engineer, surveyor, upholsterer and brokerage for all your boating needs.

My team and I offer a full rebuild and restoration service for owners of classic and historic craft, specialising in traditional timber construction. We have also completed new custom fit outs of steel and GRP hulls. A recent trend has been the rebuild of two modern classic GRP vessels. We are based at Gweek Quay Boatyard in Cornwall.

We have the skills and experience to build, repair or restore all types of wooden craft from small clinker dinghies to ocean going yachts. We can build or repair strip planking, carvel, double diagonal or cold moulded veneer. We make spars, solid or hollow, rigging, fabricate in steel or stainless, make pattens for non-ferrous castings. We have boatyard facilities eg. craneage up to 15 tons, undercover to 50 feet overall, hard standing, welding, painting, wood machining, timber supplies. Tidal jetties with access to port of Fleetwood.

FLAG Paints manufactures many traditional paints and wood finishes including antifoulings, teak oil, linseed, bilge paint, varnish etc. Navi Line specialises in boat interiors. Secumar is a world leader in lifejackets for professional/semi-professional use.
