Medway Wharf Marina is a family-run business established by Ivan Dozin and his wife Jacqui over forty years ago. From humble beginnings with a handful of craft, it now has a wet-mooring capacity for 95 craft (35 in the basin, 70 riverside) and hard standing for 40. As well as moorings on both sides of the river, the marina also offers a brokerage service, storage, a slipway, cranage and calor gas facilities.

The former FBM shipbuilding yard was acquired to become the base to launch the British America's Cup team GBR Challenge 2001 – 2003.
