Salary (Grade2): £12,187 - £12,675 per annum pro rata (£24,375 - £25,350 per annum - full time equivalent) dependent on experience

Location: The National Museum of the Royal Navy, Maritime Avenue, Hartlepool, with the opportunity to adopt hybrid working (working a combination of onsite and from home – dependent on work pattern and business need)

We are looking for someone who gets a kick out of delivering marketing campaign plans and working in a team.

We are recruiting a part-time Marketing Assistant to be based at our Museum in Hartlepool. The National Museum of the Royal Navy, Hartlepool, is the home of the magnificent HMS Trincomalee Europe’s oldest floating warship, a recreated Georgian quay and Horrible Histories Pirates! You will support the Campaign Manager on implementing strategic multichannel marketing and communications campaigns, that engage diverse audiences, increase awareness, drive footfall and generate revenue for the Museum.

Although this role does have the potential for hybrid working (we do have a Hybrid Working Policy), there will need to be an initial period of familiarization with the site which will require spending more time on site during the induction period. The hours and days of work are flexible but are dependent on the needs of the business and the successful candidate.
