Creekside Boatyard

Traditional Boat Yard situated on the shores of Old Mill Creek Dartmouth. Our facilities include boat storage for up to 50 vessels (based on 30ft LOA), Craneage up to 10 ton, and 25 foreshore moorings with power. The yard also has various covered storage areas for vessels up to 41ft, a covered slipway with working area and a drydock. Skills base, Creekside Limited has its own master shipwrights, coating specialists, riggers together with marine electrical and mechanical engineers, outboard specialists. Albion Dock Company

This large facility adjacent to Bristol Marina is available for dry docking vessels up to 90 metres in length. A 300 tonne ship lift was on site with covered working area. James Martin Hilhouse started shipbuilding on a site close to Hotwells Road in about 1770. The creation of the Floating Harbour saw the firm move their yard to the south bank where they established their New Dockyard complete with dry-dock.
