Capercaillie Cruisers, the holiday hire boat company operating on the lowland canals, has invested in what will be the largest floating dry dock across the 137 mile long Scottish canal network. Our projects can be viewed on the above website and on OHBS FaceBook pages. We are about to advertise for a Craft Fellowship in Boatbuilding in partnership with Historic Environment Scotland. Our craft fellow will be funded for 2 years and will attend the 47 week Diploma at International Boatbuilding Training College Lowestoft followed by a year with Ian Richardson - Orkney's last professional boatbuilder.
