Formed initially as a division of an international steelmaking group in 1986, IPS expanded rapidly and became a limited company in 1997. In 2000 we became independent through a management buyout. IPS is an Ofsted Grade 2 (Good) training provider and achieved Investors in People Gold status in October 2012. Our People are professionally qualified and experienced in their subject areas, our staff are drawn from industry and commerce and are selected for their ability to successfully transfer a wide range of skills and knowledge.
