Brian Horton

Naval historian, consultant and researcher, published authority on warships of the Napoleonic era and frigates of the 1850s. Involved with the restoration of HMS Victory and ex-inshore minesweepers HMS Aveley and HMS Dittisham, also the ex 'Ton' Class minesweeper HMS Wotton. More recently, has written several reference works for the National Maritime Museum, Caird Library, Greenwich.
