I am a designer and fabricator of stainless steel marine fixtures and fittings.

As an experienced sailor myself, I understand the demands on marine components and fittings. I design products that are simple and elegant, that continue to function efficiently and effortlessly in the harshest conditions. Using sustainable materials like stainless steel and advanced fabrication techniques, I am able to create complex components that offer the highest levels of performance and durability.

My integrated design and fabrication service is based in a workshop on the Essex coast, which is equipped for machining and turning, sheet metal cutting and folding, welding, tube manipulation and polishing.The workshop has the facilities to fabricate prototypes, one-off pieces or small production runs of up to 100 items in stainless steel, aluminium, copper, bronze and titanium. Whatever the project, I work to exacting standards with an uncompromising attention to detail. I can provide a complete design service that includes consultation, feasibility studies, cost evaluation, design proposals and full production 2 & 3 dimensional CAD drawings. The seamless integration of design and fabrication ensures that every component can be produced as designed in an efficient, cost-effective way.
