History
AURIGA is a Star Class narrow boat of iron riveted construction and was built by Harland and Wolff at Woolwich in 1935.. During the Second World War she was used as a fire boat on the Thames and subsequently became a British Waterways Board maintenance boat.
Bought by her current owner in 2011 she was restored to carrying condition and trades on the canals as a fuel boat.
