History
Built as a working boat in 1913, LAPWING is now a passenger launch with a capacity for 50 passengers. She still retains her original livery and boatman's decorated cans on the engine room roof and operates charter trips on Regent's Canal between Paddington Basin and Little Venice. She underwent a major refurbishment in 1999 and now has a mahogany panelled saloon, a well stocked bar, central heating and a large open foredeck.
