History

SENORA is a ketch rigged yacht built in 1908 by Archibald Malcolm on the Isle of Bute. She is believed to have served in both world wars. A previous owner was the former P&O Chairman, Lord Inchcape. At one time she had a 3 cylinder Gardner paraffin engine which was technically advanced for her time.

Since 2016, SENORA has been undergoing restoration by the Senora Trust in Sunderland.
