History
PRESIDENT was built by Fellows, Morton & Clayton Ltd. of Saltley for their own fleet. Derelict in 1973 it was restored by M E Braine of Walsall and acquired by the Museum in 1982. She is steamed regularly around canal system: in 1992 she covered 1,006 miles during 92 days.
